Strikers at Ohila fired many’tvs.g-gon-loa’ds of army provisions,- insisting on a cessation of the war. - LONDON, March 7: The Times version of the Putiiofi strike states that the explosion killed many workmen, and 'terrorised ’ -the ■ rest'. All joined in the strike. The Standard states that 130,000 Mingrelians and Ossetes and other landless mountaineers in the Western Caucasus are in open rebellion.
