THE ORIENT COMPANY’S CONDUCT.

The Federal Postmaster-General has ! received word that the Orient Company are asking for a port in the Mediterranean where they wish the mails despatched by recent steamer to be delivered. This is taken to mean that they will not land the mails at Colombo as threatened.
