FATAL ACCIDENT.
I SAD CIRCUMSTANCES. J Per Press 'Association;, | Dunedin, last night. I Henry Jamieson, gnard on the train for I Oamaru, which left Dunedin at 3 p.m.,wss I killed in Wibiwaka Tunnel. How the I accident happened is not known, as no one I saw it, but it is supposed he slipped in I passing from one carriage to another, or I may have attempted to swing from one | platform to another without noting the I proximity of the tunnel. A sad circumstanoe connected with the case is that the I body of his brother (also in the railway service, who died at Cambridge, Auckland) was brought down in tho .same train as brought his. body. Deceased was about 33 years of age and unmarried, but supported his widowed mother.
