CLOTHING FACTORY CASES
SENTENCES FOR THEFT.
(Par Press Association.) Napier, last night. [ At the Supreme Court to-day, Thomas Henry Gibson pleaded guilty to eleven charges of theft from the New Zealand Clothing Factory. The Crown Prosecutor then applied for and obtained permission to stay proceedings in the case in which Gibson was charged jointly with Holroyd. A sentence of 12 months was passed on Holroyd, and 15 months on Gibson, and the goods recovered were ordered to be restored.'
