READ’S TOWNSHIP.

TO-DAY'S LAND SALE

I Attention is directed to the important I sale of Head's Township, to be held by Messrs Williams and Kettle at noon today. The lots submitted ore within easy distance of town, and are offered on terms that should ensure the keenest competition. Suburban sections in Gisborne are every day advancing in value, and such an opportunity as is now offered is not often to be met with.

In addition to the valuable town section s ! there are a number of seotions in country towns which are worth the attention of javestors. Principally we may mention the sections at Te Karaka. This is a township that is fast advancing, and speculation is safe. There should he keen cornpatition for the various lots offered, and We predict I a very successful sale.

Mr G. R, Wyllie wilt officiate as auctioneer, and the sale will be conducted bv Mr A. F. Kennedy.
