Tho underwriters are advised that tho steamer Langton Grange has been chartorod to convoy to Australia 1700 tons of rails aud 2000 tons of agricultural machinery damaged by salt water and landed at tho Capo from the Buteshire after the firo. The cargo in Nos. 1 and 2 holds suffered from sea water, while tho cargo in No. 3 Buffered from both firo and water.
