OUTCOME OF ASSAULT CASE. (Per Press Association.) Blenheim, last night. An information for perjury has been laid against a girl alleged to have been assaulted with,intent at Mahakipawa by a young maD, Frederick Wells, and on whose evidence Wells was this week comrnitted for trial. The perjury caso comes on for hearing at Havelock early next month.
