On the 2nd day of the Taranaki Tennis Association tournament the Ladies’ Handicap Doubles was won by Mrs Mannering and Miss Nunnelly, owe ten, beating Mrs Pearce and Miss Payne, 12, 51—45. In the Ladies’ Handicap Singles Miss E. Dickon, 10, beat Miss Cave, 5, 40—13. The Men’s Handicap Doubles were won by Oaple Bros., 80, beating O. J. Dickie and A. G. Wallace, owe 15, 75—73.
Combined Handioap Doubles—Miss E. Dickie and W. Allen, scratob, beat Mrs | Pearce and S. Honofield, 30, 60—5 S. Combined Champion ' Doubles—Miss Powdrell and Parker beat Mrs Manering and Amies, 6 Taranaki Champion Singles— Wallace beat Dickie, 4—6,_6 —2, (3 —fi. Ladies’ Champion Singles—Miss Nunnelly : beat Miss Powdrell, 6—3, 4—6, 6—3, after a great gatno.
