At tho second wool sale of the season to day bidding was active at about the level of the last sale. Many growers have sent in wool reserves too high. The following prices were realised :—Half bred and merinos, 7d to B£d ; fine crosebred, bright, 6|d to 7.j d ; medium crossbreds, 6d to 6;]d; coarse crossbreds, 54d to 6jd ; inferior and wasty crossbreds, 5d to 5Jd ; pieces and bellies, 3£d fo 54d; locks, 2d to 3£d.
