DIVORCE COURT.

Dunedin, last night. Tho divorce case, McMastor v. McMaß- - and Isadora Kino, after extending over five days, was concluded this evening. This ia a case in which Ronalrl McMastor, sheepfarmer, petitioned for a divorce from his wife on the ground of adultery with Isidore Kino, sharebroker, Sydney. Counsel addressed the jury to-day. Justice Williams summed up rather against respondent’s case. The jury, after an abscence of an hour and a half, returned a verdict for petitioner. A decree nisi was granted, to bo mado absolute in three months, with costs against co-respondent.
