, .CHRISTCHURCH, last night. > 'A meeting of the Canterbury Lawn .Tennis Association resolved: “In [the opinion of this Association, the holding of the proposed tournament at Ashburton at Christmas will not militate against the success of the Mewi Zealand Championship Tournament at Napier.” It was also resolved to forward a copy of the resolution to the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association, with the request that the Association reconsider the decision regarding the Ashburton programme^
