The Full Court gave judgment in a tost case arising out of the late railway strike. Plaintiff claimed iIOOO damages against the Commissiouers fur wrongful dismissal. Judgment was given for the Commissioners, with costs. The Court held that plaintiff was employed only duriDg the pleasure of the Commissioners. The verdict settles the railway men’s contention that they could not legally be dismissed on tho ground of affiliation with the Trades Hall.
