At tho half-yearly meeting of tho Bank of New South Wales tho net profits were shown to bo £125,656. A dividend of 10 per cent, was declared, £15,000 added to tho reserve, and £18,442 carriod forward. The Chairman said the business of the half-year had been promising, and the outlook waß good.
