Per Press Association. Wellington, last night. A middle-aged woman named Mary Richards, keeper of a house of ill-fame, was fined JEIOO and costa to-day for Belling 'liquor without a license, in default six months’ imprisonment. Sho intimated she would pay the lino and costs. In 1897 she was lined UlO for grog-selling, and in a similar case in 1900 a penalty of £io was inflicted.
