SOAPING GEYSERS
(Special to Times.) Retorua, last night.
A feeling of great vexation was experienced by the largo number of visitors here from all parts of the globe at the Premier’s daughter and party now visiting Rotorua being allowed to Boap tbe Wairoa geyser yesterday at Whakaiewarowa, It appears the permission was given by the Premier to soap tbe Wairoa geyser for his daughter’s (Mrs Dyer’s) benefit. The tourists are much concerned at the Premier’s daughter and party being allowed to perform this operation at a moment’s notice, and consequently depriving them of witnessing the geyser play, and especially on this afternoon chosen for soaping operations, and the tourists claim that if a little notico had been given they would all have availed themselves of the opportunity of a visit to Whakarowarewa in spite of the heuvy downpour.
