Per Press Association. Wellington, last Dight,

At Pahiatua to-day, at the S.M. Court a settler was fined 40s and 10s respectively on two charges of storing explosives without a license. The Inspector of Explosives said ha wanted it known that the Government would in future enforce the law in regard to this matter.
