Christchurch, last night.
A special meeting of shareholders of the Lancaster Bark Company was held this afternoon to consider the question of leasing the Park for sports on Good Friday. After a somewhat animated discussion, a motion tnat the Bark should not be let on that day was rejected by 163 votes to 60. Fifteen proxios were ruled invalid by tho chairman.
