By Telegraph—Press Assuoialion—Copyright Received 12.84 a.m., Oct. 18 LondoD, Oct, 12. The new Lord Salisbury has been appointed Lord of the Privy Seal, with a seat in the Cabinet. Captain E. G. Prolyman, Civil Lord of tho Admiralty, succeeds Mr Arnold Foster as Secretary of tho Admiralty. Mr A. S. Leo, member for Fareham, has sueeeeded Pretyman. Mr W. B, Davenport, member for Macclesfield, has succeeded Lord Stanley as Financial Secrotary of the War Office. The Marquis of Hamilton, member for Londonderry, has succeeded Mr Victor Cavendish as Treasurer of tho Household.
