TOLAGO BAY FATALITY.
Further information in regard to the fatal accident to the young man Thomas Glover is to the effect that about twenty minutes elapsed from the time of the accident to its discovery, and Glover was found to bo quite dead when the body was removed from under the dray and its contents, which had completely buried him. His neck was broken. The team he was driving belonged to himself. One horse was killed, and the others were found on their backs in the drain. Much sympathy is felt for Mr H. Glover, and for the relatives of the young man, who was greatly esteemed by everybody. The inquest was held last evening beforo Mr Barton, S.M., and the following jury : Messrs J. B. Morris, W. E. Holder, E. Reeves, W. Lockwood, H. Goodley, T. E. Smith. Constable McLeod and Mr Wellwood Reeves gave evidence, bearing out the report previously received as to the supposed cause of death, and a verdict of accidental death was returned. A rider was added to tho verdict “ that the attention of the Cook County Council bo drawn to tho dangerous state of this road.”
