Association Executive has decided to ask its Gonoral Committee to refer the several proposed amendments of tho Diseased Stock Bill to tho Coflforonce, including tho following tllo purchaser of diseased beasts be entitled to receive from the vendor tho whole amount paid, if tho claim is made within one week after pur/.hnso That in the event of refusal of the auctioneer to disclose the name of the vendor the purchaser shall havo recourse against the auctioneer.
