The vote was agreerl to. At tne vote for the Department ot Agriculture, a motion by Mr Harding to reduce tho item viticulturist by £3OO as an indication that tho House does not approve of the establishment o£ a wiue industry in New Zoalund, was lost by 43 to 3.
