THE KING’S MESSAGE. WARM TRIBUTES FROM ALL ' PARTS.

Tho text of King Edward’s message to Lord Cranborne is as follows : “ Accept my deepest sympathy, and express same to brothers and sisters on tho occasion of tho loss of your distinguished and over to be regretted father.” The Executive Committee of tho Chambers of Commerce Congress at Montreal eablad condolence. Warm Irish and colonial tributes have' been received. The Cape Assembly passed a resolution. Sir Gordon Sprigg referred to Lord Salisbury’s grasp of South African problems. South Africa had lost a steadfast friend. There will be a private service at tho interment on Monday afternoon at the family’s burial ground at Hatfield. Tho arrangements will be similar to those at the interment of the Marchioness. A memorial service will be held at tho Abbey.
