Ashburton, last night. The new Somerset hotel buildings and freehold, together with • adjoining shop properties known as Jubilee Buildings, livery stables anj sample rooms, have been sold to a syndioate. The price is upwards of £16,000. The contract price for the hotel building, which was only recently erected, was nearly £IO,OOO. The business block opposite the comer was also recently sold, and many town and oountry properties have been changing bauds at enhanced values,
