A CO-OPERATIVE FACTORY CLOSES DOWN. Per Press Association. Dunedin, last night. A co-operative boot factory started about IS months ago by the Bootmakers' Union as an effort to sulvo tiie labor problem is about to be closed down. Insufficient capital is said to bo tho principal reason.
