Per Press Association, AUCKLAND, last night. An inquest was held to-day on the body of a child named Boggard, who died in the Hospital last Friday as file result of croup, and remained unturned for five days, the doctors concerned being unable to agree as to whose duty it was to grant Lhe certificate. There was a good deal of bickering, and tlie inquiry at times was lively, it. was intimated during I lie proceedings that there might he a sequel in tlie event of the evidence disclosing who was really responsible for tlie trouble, in the form of a prosecution for not issuing a certificate. The inquest was adjourned.
