In tho Divorce Court a rulo nisi was granted in the case of Agnes Leary v. Christopher Leary on the ground of desertion. Mr James Mills, managing director of tho Union Company, had an interview with tho Premier and Postmaster-General to-day in reference to tho question of subsidy for the Vancouver mail service. It is probable that proposals will bo laid beforo Parliament.
