SIR J.G. WARD AT NAPIER.
WAIROA’S CLAIM
P*r Press Association, Napier, last night. Sir J. G. Ward arrived by express train this evening. He will open the new Spit Post Office to-morrow afternoon, and in the morning will receive deputations from the Chamber of Commerce re the establishment of better communication between Napier and Wairoa, and from the Harbor Board re the Western Spit protective works.
