Christchurch, last night.
The inquest on the body of John Johnstone, found dead at Riccarton yesterday, was adjourned, in order that a post mortem may be made. The New Zealand Hockey Association confirmed the appointment of Mr W. E. Pearson, of Wellington, as selector of the North Island team, and Messrs J. Wilson and W. Johnson, Christchurch, as selectors of the South Island team. The match will be played at Christchurch on June 18th.
