NEW YORK, June 9
The group of cities on the east side of ilie Mississippi, north-east oi St. Louis, are ten to eighteen feet, under water. Seven hundred people spent the night on house-tops, but were rescued in boats. Railway traffic in the bonded districts lias been suspended.
