The Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company cable : — 11 Decline in values in mutton and second quality lamb. Quotations : Canterbury mutton 4ftd, Napier, Wellington, aud North Island 3;id ; lamb, first quality 4;}d, econd 41d.”
