FULL COURT REVERSES RECENT DECISION.

The Full Court has reversed tho Chiof Justice’s recent decision in the Abrahams customs case. This decision upholds the validity of the Federal Customs Act. Tho Court was unanimous. It is understood that an appeal to the Privy Council will be made.
