After justice had been done to a splend-id spread, the following toastlist, was duly honored “Jlis Majesty,” proposed by the Mayor ; 11 Prosperity and Progress of the District,” proposed by the Mayor an I responded to by Messrs Whinray and Bright. “ The New Councillors,”- responded “'J ho Until ing Councillors,” resIn by Crs Somervell and Morrison, ponded to by Mr Bright ami Cr Lysnar (on behalf of the absent gentlemen).
