[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wairoa, last night.

At a recent meeeting of the newlyelected Harbor Board 'the members decided to sell most of the plant without waiting for Mr Napier Bell’s report on the river entrance. Last night a large indignation meeting was held to condetpra the Board’s action. A resolution was carried against the sale of the plant, also calling on the Board to seriously consider Mr Bell’s report and take steps to give effect thereto, provided the cost is not excessive.
