STEAMER COLLISION.
SIX MEN DROWNED.

The City of Taunton, a cargo steamer, collided with the steamer Plymouth, carrying five hundred passengers, at Long Island during a fog. fcjix of tne Plymouth’s crew were drowned. They were asleep in their bunks. Twelve were injured. Both steamers havo reached New London.
