GAZETTE NOTICES. Per Press Association. Wellington last night. To-night’s Gazette contains new regulations under the Old Age Pensions Act, the old regulations being revoked by proclamation of the Governor. The taking or killing of blue duck is prohibited. The period for shooting deer in Nelson and Marlborough has been fixed from 21st February to 24th April, and 23rd February to 30th April respectively. In Wanganui tho term is from 2nd March to 15th April. The now steamer Kapiti, built for tho Wellington-Putea trade, urrived to-day from Paisley.

The polieo station at Featherston was destroyed by fire to day.
