ELECTRIC TRAMWAYS.
[By Telegrapb—Press Association.} Woffington last night. The City Council has accepted the tender of Macartney, Macllroy and Co., England, for the construction of tho city electric tramway at £112,884 and that of the Electric Construction Company for a power house at £26,353.
