Secondary Education.
(Per Press Association.) Timaru, last night. At a meeting of the High School Board to-day, it was decided to protest against the age limit in the regulation for free places in the High School. Forty-two pupils have accepted free places. The number of paying pupils has been reduced by two compared with the last term of 1902. The Board resolved to add a commercial master to the staff. The Board’s finances aro in a flourishing condition. For the year just ended there is a credit balance of .£312.
