BURGLARY AND ROBBERY
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, last night. At the Supreme Court to-day, John Johnston, who pleaded guilty to burglary, was admitted to probation, as it appeared that the prisoner was somewhat weak minded, and had been led into the commission of the offence. James Johnstone and Patrick Sheehan were found not guilty of robbery from a Maori.
