LAND SALE.
A most successful sale of suburban sections was hold by Messrs Williams and Kettle on Saturday morning, when twelvo acres of Haiti, subdivided into one.or two aero areas, the property of the late Mr L. V Harris, wore sold at an average of a little over £125 per aero. The sale was conducted by Mr A. F. Kennedy, and competition was keen, the several lots feeing sold at the following pnees :- Section 3, 1 acre (upset price £100), W “S 8, la am. Mr w. s. David'“s.S» 10.1. (£100). Mr F. Hall, f 135.
