A TROPICAL STORM.

Napier oxporionced an oxtraordinar climatic visitation this nftornoon, a heavy fall of hail and rain taking plaeo ftbc: throe o’clock, with tho atmosphoro warm and the thermomoter standing at 70 in tho shade. Accompanying tho downpour wero vivid flushes of lightning and heavy poals of thunder. Tho whole combined to furin a most unusual meteorological phonomenon.
