Tho Deputy-Registrar of tho Supremo Court to-day received from tho Returning Oificer for Grey Lynn electorate a petition addressed to tho Chief Justice, praying that the return of George Fowldu as member of the Houso of Representatives may be doe lured void on account of irregularity of tho roll issued by tho Registrar. With the papers is a bond for £2OO, tho parties to which aro Robert Farrell and J. G. Garland. In the ordinary courso tho Chief Justice will fix a day for hearing before two Judges.
