BREWERY COMPANY EECEIVE-8 £40,000. By Telegraph— Press association—Copyright Melbourne, Dec. 22. In tho ease of tho Montgomorie Browery Company against John Blytho and W. T. Jones, for tho recovery of money in rospect to secret profits out of tho flotation of tbo company, a verdict for tho plaintiffs was returned, making tho defendants | liable for forty thousand pounds, with costs. Tho hearing of tho ease occupied fortnight.
