A Greek fruiterer named Piohitsas departed a few days ago on a business trip, leaving his shop in chargo of his brother. The latter disappeared. Tho police visited the shop, and found the body of Pichitsas’ wife with her throat cut aud a child with its head battered in. There wero indications of a fearful struggle. Tho brother was discovered hiding in a creek, with a blood-stained knifo and revolver in his possession, and was arrested.
