In tho Divorce Court a dccreo nisi was granted in tho ease of Catherine Knapp v. Edward Knapp, an application for dissolution of marriago on account of tho husband’s drunkenness and failuro to maintain potitionor. Lavinia Marsh obtained a dissolution of hor rnarriago with George Marsh, on tho grounds of desertion and adultery. Henry Goorgo Smith sought divorco from Clarcnco Smith, on account of desertion. Despondent had refused to live with potitionor in tho country where ho had taken up a farm. A dccrco nisi was granted. In tho case Ellen Hall v. Edwin Hall judguaont was postponed, ponding proof of cortain formalities having boon oxocutod.

A dccreo was grantod in camera, dissolving tho marriago of Sidney Leonard and Sarah Leonard, Daniol Robertson being co-respondent.
