In April last tho Wanganui Education Board passod a resolution convoying collections on toachers ongngod in a case which camo beforo tho Appeal Court, and copies wero sent to tho Minister of Education, Educational lustituto, and other Education Boards. Tho toachers took umbrago at tho statements made at the resolution, and legal proceedings were threatened. Tho Board has sinco rescinded tho resolution, expunged it from the minutes, and passed a resolution of regret at their action in placing tho resolution on record.
