in a semi-official interview the Kaiser expressed himself highly gratified with his visit. Besides the great pleasure ho felt in staying amongst relatives he was especially pleased with tho intercourse with King Edward, for whom ho had the warmest regard and friendship. Ho greatly appreciates the friendliness and good feeling with which the English peoplo everywhere received him. Ho departs with ptoasant impressions.
