AN INTERESTING CEREMONY,

London, Nov. 11. At the ceremony of swearing in Sir Marcus Samuel, the new Lord Mayor of London, yesterday, the Lord Mayor’s Show was unusually elaborate from a spectacular point of view. It was witnessed by immense crowds, wlio bio-lied Mr Balfour and Mr Chamberlain’s carriages. They alighted, hired and mounted a coster's barrow, and watched tho procession. They were greatly cheered. A banquet was subsequently held at tho Guildhall.
