A BREEZE AT THE COUNCIL

MEETING

At the Borough Council meeting last evening. Crs Bright and Lysnar had a

smart passage of arms. Cr Lysnar rose during the meeting and stated tie had an explanation to make, and ne was continuing to address the meeting on the question of the loan proposals, ■nhen Ur Bright rose to a point of order, stating that Cr Lysnar had previously spoken and should be called to order.
