Tlie bye elections for Capetown resulted in tlie election of two Progressive members by largo majorities. ' Twenty more members of Vanzly’s commando have surrendered. London, Nov. 10.
In connection with tho settlement of tho Netherlands South Africa railway, it.is reported that German shareholders are demanding more than Groat Britain s oiler of 100 per cent, per share.
