MURDER AT HENDERSON.

A SUSPECT ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, last night. Jeremiah Driscoll was found dead in a paddock at Henderson with his throat cut. He was lying in a pool of blood. It is stated that be left the hotel sober at 10 o'clock last night, with some gumdiggers, to go to a house near by. He was found at 6 o’clock this morning. Tho police are investigating the case.

A man named Baxter has been arrested on a charge of murdering Driscoll, found dead at Henderson.
